// RETURN & EXCHANGE
As all items are specially personalized and made for each individual upon order, we are unable to accept refunds. However, exchange and returns are valid if:
1) Wrong item or size made by deeryou (if sizing is wrong from customer’s side, we will not accept exchange.)
2) Damaged item sent.
3) Wrong customized detail made by deeryou.
To process the exchange, please send an email to deeryou.id@gmail.com. Pictures of the mistakes or damages are required to process this request. We have the right to accept or reject your request to exchange based on our assessment of the products.
Exchange is valid ONLY for the conditions stated below:
1) 7 days from the date of delivery.
2) Item is brand new, unworn and in original condition. We will not process any exchange if the item is worn or used
or not in original condition.
3) Put the item back into the original deeryou packaging and pouch as how it is delivered to you.
Note:
Wear and tear/tarnishing due to individual’s use and care are not considered as defects. Please refer to jewelry maintenance for more details.
