What material do you use?
We use Sterling Silver 925.
Will it tarnish?
Depending on individual’s body sweats and grease, your jewelry might tarnish over time. Please head to jewelry maintenance for more details.
How long does it take to order?
As all our products are individually handmade, please allow 18-25 working days to get your orders. If you need it fast, contact our customer service at our WhatsApp 08116131038.
Do you offer customized design?

PLACING AN ORDER
What form of payment do you accept?
Currently we only accept transfer through BCA account. Please contact our customer service at our WhatsApp 08116131038 for the details.
How will I know that you have received my order?
If you made an order through our website, an email will be sent to your automatically and our customer service will do a follow-up. Otherwise, you might contact us at our WhatsApp 08116131038 to confirm your order too.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to prepare my order for shipping?
After your order is done, preparation needs 1-2 days for us to ship. Orders are shipped out every weekdays, except for public holidays.
What shipping do you offer?
We only ship your items out using J&T Express. We will send you the tracking numbers. Once your orders are sent to J&T Express, if delay does happen, please check with the post office directly.
What if my orders arrive damaged?
Before shipping out your orders, we would have checked them thoroughly. If your orders are wrong, please head to Return & Exchange page for more details.
